in Den Haag (Nederland) en ism QUARTAIR
het oudste en het beste kunstenaarscollectief van Den Haag.
Iedereen wereldwijd kan hieraan meedoen kunstenaar of niet,
beroemd of minder besproken, groen geel of nog blauw,
nat achter de oren of net zijn slagtanden volgroeit,
welgemutst of donker van geest, wiskundige of onwetende,
welbespraakt of recht door zee de enigste voorwaarde is dat
je een zelfgemaakte postkaart met de post stuurt naar:

Eeuwige roem blijft gelden en slijt nooit.
Voor alle duidelijkheid er wordt geen enkele kaart terug gestuurd.

ears or or just fullgrown, in the mood or in a bad temper,
mathematician or innocent citizen, well-spoken or not,
